influence和affect的区别
1、用法不同
affect和influence都是“影响”，后者既可以作名词，也可以作动词，且在普通英语中是一个较为正式的用法。
但在法律英语中，常见的表达影响的词是affect，influence并不常见，而且不可以用influence替换。比如，apartyaffectedbyforcemajeur就不可以说成是apartyinfluencedbyforcemajeur。
2、意思不同
affect动词（及物），主要指一时的影响，着重影响的动作，可指一般意义的影响（不分好坏），也可指不良影响。
